  General Instructions

  COSMELITE CREAM is a combination of tretinoin, hydroquinone and mometasone. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that promotes the growth, maturation and renewal of skin cells. Hydroquinone decreases the formation of pigments that cause the darkening of the skin. Mometasone decreases the activity of certain substances that cause swelling and irritation of the skin. It also works by suppressing the effects of the immune system.
